Shipping policy

Orders with standard ground shipping will be fulfilled and shipped out within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Once your CowanCouture.com order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. From there, you will be able to view detailed tracking updates! You can also choose to receive text updates for your order by entering your phone number! If, for some reason, you don’t receive that email, please contact CowanCouture.llc@gmail.com and we can assist you!

• Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12:00 p.m. CT and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for shipment on the following business day (excluding holidays).
• Standard orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. CT will be processed within 48 hours (excluding holidays).
• Cowan Couture  is not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions.
